I.Vacation

Accommodation. (price in PLN)

Each room is equipped with a TV, a fridge, deckchairs and sanitary fittings, and almost every room has a balcony or patio. Double room without a balcony – 10zł depletion. Children up to 3 years old in parents’ room without extra bed and full board - free of charge. Extra bed 25zł.

Board (price in PLN))

Ability to choose your own board configurationincluding early-dinners. Early-dinner price – full portion 34zł, small portion 24zł. All attractions and forms of entertainment are included in the total cost of the stay. Guests are asked to check in after 4 p.m. on the arrival day and check out before 10 a.m. on the departure day.

Reservation regulations. Before making any reservations please familiarize yourselves with the prices. Phone reservations. You can make your reservation over the telephone. Internet reservations. The easiest way to book a room is to fill out a booking form available (here). Reservation confirmation. After receiving your reservation, whether it is made by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or internet booking form, a confirmation will be sent to you, which will contain information concerning costs of the stay and necessary details of making the payment. For your convenience please remember your reservation number. It will make it easier to contact us and discuss your reservation details as well as identify your payment. In case of telephone reservations confirmation will be sent to you on request.

Deposit and payment. You are kindly ask to make a guarantee deposit payment within 14 days from the day of the reservation made by phone or from the day of receiving your reservation confirmation. The guarantee deposit equals 30% of the total cost of the stay in our resort. Making the payment validates your reservation. In the case of not making the guarantee deposit payment your reservation will expire. However, before the final cancellation of your reservation we will contact you.

Before you commence your stay at our resort please make the rest of the payment, which equals the total cost of the stay minus the guarantee deposit. Acceptable methods of payment: bank transfers (1^st and 2^nd parts of the total payment), postal orders (1^st and 2^nd parts of the total payment), cash (only 2^nd part of the total payment, which is the total cost minus the guarantee deposit). Kaprala Koniecznego 14 (14 Kaprala Koniecznego Street)  recipient: Paweł Staniszewski.  As a transfer description you should always put your reservation number with annotation “deposit” if it is the guarantee deposit payment or “stay payment” if it is the 2^nd part of the total payment, which is the total cost minus the guarantee deposit.

Returnable guarantee deposit conditions. The deposit works as a security of the reservation realization for the guests. It equals 30% of the total cost of the stay (in case of successful reservation accomplishment) and is considered to be a part of the total cost of the stay if the rest of the sum (70% of the total cost of the stay) is paid before the stay or on the arrival day. The deposit can be fully returned, if the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 30 days before the stay commences. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the stay, half of the deposit is returned. If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 15 days before the planning arrival, the deposit is non-returnable.
